A tool waits to be used. An employee knows its role, has a place in a department, and does work inside the context of its company. That difference is what Nexwift360 is built on.

And because an employee needs to know where it works, we give every company a single brain of its own: it reads what the company uploads about itself, from products and prices to policies and vision, and from that it proposes the teams and assesses the salaries.

In Arabic, for companies in the region

We build for Arabic-speaking companies across the Gulf and the region, and Arabic here is not a translation added at the end of the road. The interface, the messages and the notices are all in Arabic, in its proper right-to-left direction.

What we hold to in the build

One brain per business. Your company's data and its analysis belong to it alone, never gathered together with anyone else's and never pooled.

The salary is the only charge. No platform fee, no subscription, no setup fee. You know what you'll pay before activation, and the figure is shown to you before you confirm.

Data protection isn't a paid feature. What we commit to in isolation, encryption, audit logging and redaction applies to free accounts exactly as it does to paid ones, without exception.

We name only what's ready. There's road ahead of us, and we call what works today and what we're building next each by its own name.
