Your company hires. The brain is what proposes.
You don't build an employee from scratch, and you don't pick from a generic catalogue. Your company's brain reads what you uploaded, then proposes ready teams organised by function, each employee with its role, its qualifications and its salary.
What happens from the moment you sign up
A company account with roles, and the data upload before any other step. You're never asked to pick a role first, and there's no long wizard to work through.
- A company account, not a personal login You create an account for the company and assign roles across it: General Manager, HR Manager, Marketing Manager, and others.
- The upload is the entry point Products and services, prices, policies and related documents. And your company's vision above all of it.
- The brain forms, visibly A clear state at every moment: forming, ready, or failed with a reason and a retry. Never a blank screen, never a silent wait.
- Several teams are proposed to you Organised by function, not a single team. Every employee inside shows its role, its qualifications and its salary.
- Activate in one click A whole team or the part you choose, and each team activates independently of the others, with no card.
- Connect after activation An activated employee attaches to its channels and tools. It works in your systems and uses your tools.
A team is a department, not repeated copies
When we say "team" we mean a department with different jobs in it: a marketing team has a content editor, a campaign manager and a results analyst, each with its own role and qualifications. Not a bundle of identical assistants sharing one name.
And because the proposal is built on your own data, the teams offered to a trading company differ from those offered to a clinic or a services firm. There is no single ready-made list for everyone.
Qualifications move, and the salary moves with them
The proposal you receive is editable. Raise an employee's qualifications, extend its schedule or add a language, and the salary moves in front of you before you confirm. You know what you'll pay ahead of any commitment.
An employee you leave exactly as the brain proposed it stays as it is. One whose qualifications you raise becomes specialized. The difference between the two is your edit, not a named price band.
One brain per business
The brain belongs to your business, never to an employee and never to a builder layer. Each business has its own, and its analysis is never pooled with anyone else's.
What you tell it
The brain forms from what you upload at onboarding: your products and services, prices, policies and documents. And your vision above all.
Operational data tells it what your business does. The vision tells it where you're heading. The difference between the two is the difference between a recommendation that is generically sensible and one aligned with where you're actually going.
What your company does
In the next version, the brain will also draw on what actually happens across your departments, human departments as much as AI ones.
The upload is one act. This one will never stop: it will make the brain better as a by-product of the company simply working. The longer it runs, the harder it will be for anyone else to match. History cannot be bought.
Today your brain knows what you told it. Next, it will know what you do.
The road ahead
What follows describes what we're building, not what is available today. No dates are attached to any of it.
Recruitment
The upload, the brain forming, teams proposed by function, salaries assessed, one-click activation and connection afterwards.
The departmental feed, and the analysis built on it
Summaries of what happens across your departments will reach the brain, from human departments as much as from AI employees. Regular business analyses will be built on them.
From those, recommendations will be addressed to the owner and to department managers at every level: in human resources, in business development, in expansion, among other business-level guidance.
Governance
A separate section of directives the brain will issue, to keep work under control as teams grow and the work of people and AI employees becomes more intertwined.
The monthly salary is the only charge
You pay an employee's salary, and nothing else. Every proposed team carries a part-time junior at no cost: junior tier, one language, one task at a time, text only. It stays free inside a team that mixes free and paid members, and that team still activates in one click, with no card.
Start with your company's brain
Upload your data and see the teams it proposes, with no card.
